1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ClipFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the tool. This agreement follows the Hermetic Principle of Cause and Effect: your choice to use our platform establishes a binding relationship between user and provider.

2. Description of Service

ClipFit provides a browser-based video resizing utility. Our technology utilizes the Canvas API and MediaRecorder to process video files locally on your hardware. We provide a Free tier (3 exports per day) and Pro subscriptions for unlimited usage.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Monthly Pro: $5.00 USD per month.
• Yearly Pro: $39.00 USD per year.
• Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Stripe portal at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to the content you process through ClipFit. We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of the tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClipFit is provided "as is." Because processing happens entirely within your browser environment, we are not responsible for performance issues related to your hardware capabilities, browser version, or local data loss.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to Pro features if billing failures occur or if these terms are violated.
